Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I offer payment plans. I usually require 50% payment upfront and 50% on completion. If you need your payments to be broken down further, get in touch and I’ll see if we can reach a plan that works for us both.
Do you provide copywriting and photography services too?
No, branding and web design is my area of expertise so that’s what I stick to. For exceptional copywriting services I recommend Copy Kate and for gorgeous photography I recommend Kirsty Lyons
How long do projects take?
It all depends on the level of support and design work you need to fulfill your goals.
My range of services work for both people looking for fast and efficient results to those who have the time to perfect their brand and website. Check out my services here.
How far in advance do I need to book my project?
I work with a mix of on-going design work and new projects at any given time. In general, to get a start date you are happy with I recommend reaching out 3-4 weeks in advance of it.
This allows time for the necessary admin and for me to add your project to my current workload.
How do I book my project?
Once we’ve had a call to see if we’re a good fit and we’re both happy that we are, I’ll send you the project contract and deposit invoice.
Once those are sorted your project start date is locked in.
